SKYSCAPES

The works in the Skyscapes series are the result of an experimental process in which Bijnens applies techniques from photography to various backgrounds. This allows her work with different shades of color that are normally reserved for paper. The contemporary works refer to vast earthly landscapes and elusive cosmic journeys.
